Hi mate, I have a standard riva 1300 myself, and planning on doing this to mine also. But there isnt many forums out there that have done it with a 1300! All 1500/1600 or more! Any information, tips and advice I'd appreciate it, starting with what bike carbs were there? Any install issues etc, im asking you because i seen you mentioned its completely stock! Some have advised getting the head skimmed for a bit more power (you know yourself, same amount of air combusting but in a smaller space etc) If you have any socials please let me know and i can send you a message. Carbs are keihin cvk 36 from kawasaki gpz1000r,first start ,engine starts then when you put throtle it stals, so i drill main jet to 1.5mm and its working exelent still today, you have to build intake mainfold to suit carbs that you have, i skimed head 1.5mm last year and done litle porting, it did minimal changes, i also convert ignition distributor from old fiat with elctric ignition (no contakt braker) and put it on lada, thats all done on engine. man! I'm getting my self a Yugo in about a week or two maybe. I was searching on internet (mostly ex Yugoslavian countries sites) for some inspirations in modding/tuning and i found few nice vechicles (for example Aki's from Serbia or guy called himself Tom from Croatia) but when I saw your Yugo on oldschoolhr and then this video I was like: "Whooooa! this is what I want!". As a Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw graduate I find your Yugo as a beautiful thing. Greetings from Poland!
