Promises made by Georgina Halford Hall Whistles UK on Jimmy Saville style corpse abuse: 1) You are right victims and witnesses of Saville and others were ignored, you will not be but it will not happen over night 2) I have a journalist who is desperate to run this story for you and I'd be happy to put you in co act after the grievance. 3) Let me know what you would like to do, I can only offer support and guidance this is your claim, however it cannot stress how important it is to take advice from your lawyer and let him draft any future letters to the trust re the grievance so that he can get in the relevant legal language to protect your position. 4) Once we have a plan we will get you together with the journalist. 5) In two weeks time we will be in a position to have a barrister look directly at your case but I believe that there will be a fee of £50 from the barrister to do so. 6) All of our services are free, legal services are provided independently by people that we trust but do not recommend. 7) There is no guarantee that our barrister will agree to take on your case even after looking at it but he is quite a spectacular character who also writes for Private Eye. I will speak to you later after I have spoken to him to see if he will have a look at your case this week. 8) 1. That I will speak to the partners at Michael Lewin and ask them to contact you. I will suggest as we discussed that you are looking for an apology. 9) 10) 2. You will complete a time line of events surrounding your whistleblowing to include: 11) What you disclosed, to whom and on what date. Then continuing with the Date, time, who was involved, what was said and what happened next and if you have evidence for all subsequent interventions following the disclosures. It is worth covering any additional information such as the whistleblowing policy, bullying policy and your contract and staff handbook. 12) 3. I will then review this document with you and discuss a few ideas for how you might move it forward. This includes suggestions for how to conduct the grievance meeting and what to expect from it. 13) Thank you for the message and the information therein. I am very pleased to see such a thorough timeline and anticipate that we will be able to raise a number of further enquiries once we have all of the ducks lined up. 14) You are important to WBUK and I hope that you recognise how important your feedback was to enable us all to resolve this quickly. Thank you. 15) I look forward to seeing the rest of the information, please bare in mind that I will not be available from Thursday evening until after the 6th November to speak to you or take any action further action on the case. I need to give you a deadline of tomorrow by 1200 to guarantee any further action being taken should it be deemed necessary. The key is to get the grievance meeting right and I'd like to go through that with you if I may when I'm in command of all of the facts. 16) It has been a while since we last spoke and having checked my records I noted that your would be contacting me after your grievance meeting with an update. Your preparation seemed very thorough and organised and I hope that this made it a productive meeting. 17) As you know we remain keen to assist you. This week I met with a member of the privy council in Westminster to discuss the abuse of whistleblowers and there will be a public debate as a result of this meeting in February and I would like to be clear about what if anything we might use from your case to punctuate the ongoing failure of the protection of whistleblowers in the NHS. Most of the staff who seek our assistance [NHS] are medical and it is as important to raise the issue of non medical staff. 18) I have been been informed that you are not following up the case with Michael Lewin and wanted to know if you would like me to introduce you our direct access barrister for his opinion on your chance of success at ET. This would help us devise a plan of action with you. Alternately if you have appointed another law firm I would very much appreciate your introduction as we are looking to grow the panel we use. 19) I will contact a number of journalists in the next week and pass on their details if they show any interest. Now Let me look at what I actually got 19 promises made: Result delivered ZERO!!!!!

Beware this women what she is saying to your face & what she is saying behind your back are two very different things, please read for yourselves: Offensive comments by Mary Inman & Constantine Cannon: Constantine Cannon Offensive Comments (A sample): 1)”I noticed Mr Patrick had ‘Neglected’ to provide the date with his signature” - Mary Inman 2)”By the way the client called the paper himself to explore the idea but didn,t get very far unsurprisingly”- Mary Inman. 3)”When is this torture going to be over” Mary Inman regarding myself. 4)”As predicted might happen the client Mr Patrick is extremely anxious and e-mailing us about the issue daily” 5)”We,ll be able to put this to bed with Andrew and stop the nonsense” - Mary Inman 6)”The client as always is getting Antzy” - Mary Inman. 7)(Slightly simplifying it for him), I hope that will satisfy him, though experience suggests it probably wont” - Richard Pike 8)”He,s too Volatile and wouldn’t trust him to project the right image on camera” - Mary Inman 9)”Please gag him” Georgina Halford Hall Whistleblowers UK 10) “Totally hear you and appreciate/understand/share your concern. Client was hell-bent on speaking with the press. Believe it or not, I was able to steer him away from worse comments! Let's talk later” - Mary Inman to Georgina Halford Hall CEO Whistleblowers UK. 11) “He does not retain information that we send/provide and prefers to escalate matter & become difficult” - Mary Inman 12) “I imagine you have little interest in Mr Patrick’s other allegations but, for completeness, we should note that the SRA disposed of Mr Patrick’s complaint without taking any further action.” Richard Pikes view of the SRA,s warning letter for offensive communications between Mary Inman & Georgina Halford Hall 13) “He Parroted back to me” Mary Inman 14) “He,s back to torment me, I thought his WB matter was over” - Sara Vickery Practice co-ordinator 15) “When is this torture going to be over” Mary Inman discussing me. 16) “The call went well. Thankfully, he was not interested in speaking to Andrew Patrick" Mary Inman. 17) Mr Patrick provided screenshots of the emails between Ms Inman and Ms Hall. These emails make comments such as ‘gag him’, ‘keep him away from…’ and ‘no good can come from his engagement’. - SRA 18) However, Mr Patrick was able to provide evidence of the emails and it is understandable why Mr Patrick is not happy with the comments made about him by Ms Inman. SRA 19) “I don’t think we will ever get Andrew to a point where he,d write something that provides a wider context” Mary Inman 20) “He is very difficult to corral and keep on message”. Mary Inman 21) “Client Disappointed (aren,t they all!?)” Mary Inman 22) E-mail subject “Ironic” “Ands theres more….” Richard Pikes sarcastic reply to my e-mail of complaint 23) “Sigh….” In response to the complaint I was making as Richard Pike forwards e-mail to Mary Inman 24) “It’s a shame he forgot everyone else who was involved” Richard Pike in response to a positive feedback I left them in the initial stages, I had mentioned - him, Molly Knopfler Constantine Cannon, who else he expected me to mention I do not know. 25) “I think you have just been introduced to Andrew Patrick……… Doesn’t mention who he is until the end of the message assuming we know…….” Sarah Vickery Practice Co-ordinator 26) “He is getting impatient again” 27) “He,s like clockwork with his requests” 28) “Given our Andrew Patrick connection, I’m including a link to the recent New York Times story that includes quotes from him regarding his False Claims Act case against the Pure Collection for evasion of U.S. customs dues. Thought you’d get a kick out of them”. Mary Inman.

The first thing that needs to happen is DIAGNOSE/ASSESS the existing Culture. There are surveys that accomplish this, such as the Denison Org Culture Survey. From there you will see how your culture is helping or hindering your efforts...

Great explanation! Leadership style is quite important because We can share top-down values and culture aligned with the company goals and also fill some gaps by Coaching, inspiring, and encouraging people to leverage more for themself and the organization.
