As a mexican It makes me happy you invited him to eat mexican food. As people grow older, they tend to spend more time alone, I’m sure he enjoyed the comoany. Seems like a nice guy, brings me memory of my grandpa.
No problem, just make sure all your levels are correct and then put it on top. I do that more in the cold weather as in summer you can get in and clean it off with a scourer.
To everyone who commented, I also know this gentleman personally, though not his friend. John told me about his video getting so many views and he is so happy about it! He is an absolute delight and his humour and kindness are paramount. I feel blessed to know him.
Appreciate the process but not quite sure how to insert string you kind of glossed over it and the camera went too fast and kind of blurred so couldn't see it. Also you didn't actually show the actual staining so for someone like me with no handyman skills it left me nervous to try.
With the string, if it's curled over, just straighten it with a little bit of sticky tape, then simply thread it. With the staining, I just used a cloth and rubbed it into the slats. I then stood them upright until they dried, or you can do one side, let it dry and then do the other.
For a 90 year old, he has such good skin and beautiful healthy teeth. How many 90 year olds are there in this world, who still have their own natural teeth?
Thank you for making a part two to this. As an Indian Australian citizen watching this from India, my heart just melted. Uncle John is an absolute sweetheart. I am so pleased you are enjoying our food; it would be wonderful to watch Uncle John trying our food here in India.
@@bera0014 that's wonderful to hear. I hope you both make it to India one day and then Uncle John can not just enjoy the food but he can also enjoy everything else that this beautiful and amazing country has to offer. Our food is extremely diverse - it is regional and seasonal. Even within one state of India, as you move around, the food changes profoundly. I look forward to seeing Uncle John enjoy more of the food of South Asia.
oh look at the Indians acting all soft and loving.🤬 I remember one British gentleman simple said on twitter that he finds idles boring. and Shashi Taroon and gang started abusing him. why can't a guy have his preference in food. I find ragi mude, tofu and fufu unappetizing so now wht the world should start barking.
Okay, I hope I have John's head of hair when Im 91! As an Indian-American, delighted to see non-Indians appreciate Indian food. Kudos to you! Keep it up.
How this is respectable or even acceptable to Indians ? He is about to be a Century old yet he never tried our dishes in life ? You came here crawling to get approval. thats all.
Good to see you guys are enjoying our indian food,we appreciate it alot, just one caution don't let your elderly dad?(I don't exactly know your both relations so please ignore dad thing I just assumed it)back to the topic please don't let your elderly dad eat lots of chatni we indian can handle those spiceness and effects, but as your food doesn't have so much chilli and spices use so your stomach will not be able to handle change of food suddenly it can also cause losemotion so please use chatni in limited manners to complement your food but don't over use it,it can cause problems as our both eating habit is very different.i hope you understand and loved to see you people enjoy our food and have a nice day.
