In the JST Joseph Smith brings out how John the Baptist is NOT Elijah but an Elisha. I talk about the rebuilding of the temple in Important Coming Dates. Moroni 7:2 and Lectures on Faith among other places shows that the Holy Spirit is Torah. If one rejects the JST on also need to reject tons of the D&C where YHWH tells JS do the translation. It is the Mighty and Strong One who will be directing the Lehites to building the Temple.
Thanks for the great presentation. Many themes both of Mormonism and of Freemasonry can also be found in the contemporary British book "The Antiquities Of Freemasonry" (1823) by George Oliver. Even if Joseph never read the book, maybe his milieu did. The book covers multiple worlds, apostasy and restoration, Freemasonry dating back to Solomon's temple or even Adam, ship building as "naval architecture", the importance of Enoch, etc.
