Wonderful video just saved me a lot of time and a panic attack lol. As for the sound I found that they are louder when they have more battery power aka if it's quiet it needs a charge or keep it plugged in. It's just how the motor is. Some motors are quieter than others but loud is good in this case. Just don't hear scrapping or clunking lol

I love the detailer but,,,,, I have had several pair that the hinge that hold tension on that spring, breaks off and it is a piece of plastic that I'd molded into the bottom housing. I hate to toss them because of that one little piece.

Initially when i was taking the screws off to clean mine, both the spring and the secondary blade dropped but i only seen that the spring dropped not the other metal piece.
