It needs a new council like many Labour run councils all around the country.

I was born in Darwen in 1957, immigrated in 1968. Visit there every year. It will always be my home. Canadian now but I will always have my Darwen routes.

That lady from Manchester who thinks the architecture is great, she clearly doesn't know what the town looked like before the crimes committed by the Labour council over the last 50 years or so! I lived in blackburn for 50years from birth and i am glad to say i dont live there anymore the town is dead with no character at all. I used to be proud to say i was from Blackburn but now i cannot stand the place. Jack Straw ruined it for me being racist to its original pride and cultures
