i love midwest emo but i never thought i'd be sitting back in my chair, eyes closed and drifting off to dreamland while listening to the best recreations of minecraft music... thank you so much for this dude
it's 7pm in 2015 on a Friday night, you've just had dinner... its all okay. you're about to jump online with the boys and play xbox together all night. suddenly you wake up and its all gone.. a distant memory. they've all grown up and now have kids of their own. i miss you boys.
Minecraft emo song titles be like: 1. This Arrow's Iron, I Finally Found Irony 2. You Won't Understand My Struggles (We Enter Hell For Gold) 3. They Stacked And Stacked (My Skype Calls Fall Through)
The houses grow unaccompanied. The iron you left smelting in the furnace tinged the quaint town. Our wolves wait anxiously by the door, for the day you’ll log in again. The caves remain empty filled by only torches of long passed adventures and ghosts of long failed explorations. In the infinite world of Minecraft, there is the beauty in the finite time to savor it. To everyone, I played Minecraft with so many times, every house, every cave, every diamond mined, I miss you.
I'm watching a NASA livestream at the same time as this, and the random comms every now and then go so hard. I thought they were part of the song at first. (NASA’s Boeing Crew Flight Test Rendezvous and Docking)
it's kinda sad yes, however I think we should be grateful for the blessing of having had his music as part of the game in the first place. At this point I think it doesn't make a difference wether he stays or leaves, he created something that resonated (and keeps on resonating) with millions upon millions and will forever be remember for that.
