I can not see the rationale for not using a pistol rest for sighting a red dot. Two margins for error with every zero sighting, your reproducible mechanical gun stabilization between individual shot groups and human shooting technique. The first margin for error can be ALMOST reproducibly eliminated with a proper slide and grip rest but the only solution for the human component is hiring an Olympic ranked shooter. Just my 2 cents

Looks like everybody missed it ESPECIALLY Mr. Blue Alpha. At 2.45 sec this "thumbalena" banged his rifle down on the table, did anybody notice the safety was was OFF? If he was at an indoor range he could have killed someone on an upper floor! Keep your safe on unless you're ready to pull the trigger and don't ever bang your rifle down against the but stock, a really dumb thing to do.
