@@motobs Basically, you had no clue about what you were riding and were discovering everything as you rode it. You also looked directly at the red V7 and called it a V9. Had you done your research atleast minimally, you would have learned that the gear indicator is a calculation between speed and RPM and therefore will only show neutral while stopped. There is no gas guage, you saw the reserve light come on indicating ample miles left until empty. The clutch is a dry not wet and therefore feels and acts differently, etc...Anyway, you did have good weather for your ride.
1. Never lost on a motorcycle - Meh. Would change it to “I’d rather be lost on a motorcycle (than doing whatever I’m doing).” 2. I’m really thinking about my motorcycle - Good for a tshirt or mug 3. Loud pipes save lives… sticker or patch only 4. Shiny side up… vlog comment or tattoo (60+ y.o. Female riders only)
Good question! But we always make sure to put any bike we ride in Sport mode. Also, the slack was there even in neutral at a stop. My Thruxton had a little play when I first got it and I installed a spacer that fixed it. Maybe the V7 needs the same. Thanks for stopping by and for the comment! We appreciate you!

Man, I rode the new Multistrada and the new Monster 937. I know you guys are talking Moto Guzzi, but I was disappointed in the Multistrada. The Monster 937 was a fantastic bike; I had a blast riding it. Let's ride this weekend; the weather is going to be great!!!!

A couple things, there are several standalone Indian dealers for instance, Indian motorcycle of Charlotte NC, Indian motorcycle of Mall of Georgia, Indian motorcycle of Fredericksburg Va. I believe that bikers started the biker culture, H-D initially wanted no part of it until they realized it was a marketing tool. Sadly, now that the Globalist investors, board and CEO have control, Zeitz is going to 'fundamentally transform" the company. Sending production of Bikes sold in America to Thailand is a giant leap in that direction, it will be interesting to see if the "biker culture" is any match for the Globalists who seek to destroy it.

Guess I have to stop riding again. Thought that now that I didn’t have to shift, foot is screwed up permanently, I could finally ride again. Damn that sucks, let’s be sure and tell the older people they’re not riding motorcycles and they are not real bikers anymore. I guess while I am at it I can tell the insurance companies my car doesn’t qualify as a “sports car” anymore since there no clutch. Think they will agree?
Three points about auto vs manual -- people today are lazy, people think of vehicles as a necessary tool rather than an exciting pleasure (thus self-driving vehicles), and (most importantly) manufacturers don't like to retool if they can avoid it so they save money by only offering the things that most people buy
I really enjoyed this episode, as a female rider myself. I started on a used Honda Rebel 250 at the age of 52. I then got a Honda Rebel 500 which I loved and really miss it. I'm currently on a Ryker 3 wheeler which is fun and I feel more secure but I really miss my Rebel, Rosie.

Just picked up the FE and I love it. Haven't made up my mind on Mods yet. I'd really like to put a center stand on it but I'm having a hard time finding one. I also have the fairing and it's beautiful
