Hi @Atul how is that without logging into SN system our username and password are checked and we are allowed to login in to the SN system. what happens actually when we press submit on the login page after we put our creds there??
Hello thank you for posting the helpful videos. I was looking at taking ServiceNow courses and get a few certifications. I do not currently work in an organization that has ServiceNow. I wanted to ask for preparing for more advanced certificaitons, is there a way to get access to a ServiceNow training login account to be able to navigation the application? Thank you.
Hi Mate, There is no way to get free access of Now Learning but yes you can apply for Rise Up or Next Gen program, where you will training and Now Learning access as well.

Rest condition is correct . But in the "start condition" it is mentioned "cancel condition" as when " state is moderate" thats why it is not working. we need change state to moderate for incident or need to change in "start condition" tab "when to cancel" as "start conditions are not met" then it will cancel the SLA when rest condition met
You are not focusing on technical thing but you use so many example that is not required and not teaching in technical terms..So much of waste of time. Please take as a feedback. 🙏
