Carl and Brett had the best chemistry. Brett was able to make some Fuel sounding music away from Carl in World Fire Brigade, but Carl has never managed to recapture that same magic. I hope the new Fuel album proves me wrong but I'm skeptical.
You know you're immensely talented when a song like this is your B-side. This would have been on any of their albums. Reminds me of a more subdued PAW.
Ever try and verify some of the lyrics? Some parts I don'y know what he is saying, but I know one thing, I cannot find correct lyrics. For example: In your chambers dark Powers burn Roulette wheel it slowly turns Glass coffin filled with fingers duel Grab the fire Everyone is saying "Grab the fire" But he is clearly saying "Gratify Me" which honestly fits the song way better. He is talking about overindulgence so. Also doesn't really sound like "filled with fingers duel. Also on the Itchy Hand, so its let felt The hell that's false the blood is burning I'm not sure WTF he is saying there either. Instead of Itchy Hand, sounds more like "if she had" But that's not my problem My problem is "the blood is burning" sounds closer to "Our blood is spit on"

Does anyone have a copy of the cassette that would be willing to sell/trade me a digital copy? Looking for it in high quality of lossless. This is a cool record and I'd love to hear it in it's entirety. I would absolutely buy it it was available for commercial purchase.
It was just on eBay for $19.95. I won a copy, ripped it to FLAC with a cassette to digital converted and scanned in the artwork. I would keep scanning eBay, it took me 10 years to find my copy.....
all of fuel's albums are great- but this song has been by far- my absolute favorite. and it's almost impossible to find anymore. gives me chills just to hear it again. you sir, are my hero.
I'm aware of my good taste ;) Yes, Blind is a masterpiece. Sunburn is an amazingly beautiful album, yet an incomplete one; King for a day, should have been included, too!
