Good evening Barron my brother your video on how to clean this Grill is very instructive my world is 2 years old I cleaned it two or three cooking butt I can never get all the grease that splashes up under the elements after removing everything it's much dirtier inside my grill than it was yours any hints or Clues you can give a brother I'll wait for your answer🙏
Well whenever I used it I would clean it immediately so nothing can harden or stick. But since you already have a mess here it sounds like maybe just heated up for a while and try to clean it then maybe that'll work good luck my friend 👍🏽
Hi good question. Well I would say 16 pieces would be roughly 150 calories. Less than one carb per serving. But contains Maltodextrin which has been known to take people out of ketosis.
