Always happy to see a run of one of my favorite games, and congrats on the great time! I don't believe it's documented anywhere, but did you know that you can sell subs back to the shop for their full value? Using this, you ought to be able to cut all of the grinding out of the run: you can buy the much cheaper Typhoon for Sub-Traficante and sell it back afterward, giving you more time to earn the 3.15 million naturally for the Nautilus. That's on top of being able to use the Porpoise for all of the shallow missions once you can afford it, which is substantially faster.

I read a lot on the Wiki but never looked into the Subs. I need a complete rework of the current approach but anything for the Grind. Thx for the Tip :)
Nice! I think this ended up on my recommended as I'm trying to set fastest times on the 3DO version of the original. You get far less time to react on the later games!
i tried the strategy with the nautilus sub, which at the end actually worked. The any% run was my first attempt at a speedrun ever so i highly depended on the run made by madpunkerz in which he used the deep rover which costs 850.000$ more. but im planning on to repeat both runs, because i lost a lot of time at bermuda forgetting the greek tablet :)
would be awesome, i'll do some streams next week where i also try to figure out how the glitch is working, especially on this map, maybe there is a possibility to skip the boss completely :)

@@michaeldnoise3501 vielleicht ein extra Fenster am Rand, sofern noch Platz ist. Klar ist der char wichtig. Immerhin ist es elementar für das was Du tust. Oder als Ticker unten, keine Ahnung. Wie machen das andere. War auch nicht bös gemeint. Hatte mich nur wie Bolle auf ein Video dieses Spiels gefreut. Das hab ich damals so gern gespielt. 🤣
@@stefanweber6434 Beim nächsten Mal kann ich ja Livesplit kleiner machen und nur das jeweilige Level zeigen und das man nicht bei allen die zeit sieht sondern nur beim aktuellen, wäre auf jeden fall eine Lösung und es wird definitiv nochmal je einen any% und einen 100% speedrun geben :)
Thx man :) Still i made some mistakes especially at Bermuda, but after the Single Level Runs there is so much more potential, what i found out at montezumas Revenge etc. , that i think, you can do the 100% under 1:20hr
