Paul (Papa P) & Chef Dom were born and raised at a section of Brooklyn, New York, where at the time was the heart of a thriving Italian community. At a very early age, Papa P & Chef Dom began their career at the family’s Italian restaurant where they learned the family recipes, which were inspired by their Southern Italian parents and their love and respect for quality and tradition. Now retired from the restaurant industry, Papa P & Chef Dom still has an incredible passion for cooking at home for family and friends. We hope you enjoy the easy instructional videos on how to cook these amazing Italian Recipes.

Hi guys, l am so sorry that you lost your mom...l loved seeing her peek out from behind you in the doorway by the stove while you would be cooking and she was so adorable...she raised two wonderful sons and this tribute is a perfect example of that !! God rest her soul and l know it's been a year since you lost her however l also know that the loss of a mother and the pain that comes with that never goes away....l lost my mom 10 yrs ago and it hurts like it was just today. Do your best to be happy and carry on as if she was standing next to you because she probably is !! Love from Niagara Falls Canada 🌺♥🌺
You could make them SUPREME BY ADDING A GARDEN VARIETY RAGU TO THEM. Mine turned out exceptional like that. It was just a 12:52 little experiment 😂. They were delicious your way as well but, I'm a chef so I always try to put my own little spin on some things just to see how it would taste. Fortunately it turned out well. I just heated and, added a little of the garden variety ragu to the top of the cannelloni 😂. Sorry guys I have to have my veges 😂. See you next time. Have a wonderful and blessed night. Seriously try my way and, let me know what you think. 😁.

Plus the kerrygold butter from Ireland the cows graze on natural growing grass and fresh Meadows there's a higher nutrition content and a better taste value with Irish butter great videos Brooklyn Brothers way to go I'm originally from Bushwick I live in Indianapolis Indiana
Yum! P.S. You may send that FRESH hunk of cheese (from Santa for me) for Xmas. 😊 Kerrygold is delicious but PRICEY. 🙂 My ol diabetic body craves PASTA and it's truly a No-No. 🙃
Very nice and mouth watering, but please call them FettucinE, not fettuccini which doesn't exist in the Italian language. The name comes from Fettuccia (a small slice).. a Fettuccina is a very small (thin) slice, referring to the shape of the pasta. The noun is feminine, therefore ends in -A in singular form, and in -E in plural form.. thank you!
The magic is the fresh quality cheese. My wife got me onto the Irish butter and I first noticed that the color is bolder than American butter. It tastes great. Can't beat a fast but satisfying dish like this!
I'm not saying this cause I have liked your channel for some time but as I write this I'm boiling some Fettuccini that I'm going to top with a peppers and onions meat sauce. When I saw you uploaded what I'm cooking today I was like wow next time I am going to try and do this the authentic way like they do in Italy.
