Sadly he gave up his career because It would be frowned upon for him to be a celebrity or a well paying job. ( Education and worldly careers are frowned upon). Prince gave up his fame too when he converted. Peter would be taught by the JWs that he would see the siblings who had passed away when they would be resurrected in paradise after armageddon. However they would need to accept Jehovah and all his rules etc. If they didn’t accept it then they would die again! Everything is conditional. Peter would have been told that he would have see armageddon ( it’s always just around the corner). armageddon didn’t come as prophesied by the Jws in 1975, and it still hasn’t happened and it’s now 2024. Sadly so many people stay in the JW religion due to fear mongering. They live in fear daily of the end of the world and they miss out on soo many adventures because of the indoctrination.
My Great Great Grandfather was called William "Willie" Quinn he was the trainer of Celtic from 1911 to 1923. He left and came back in the 30s. Became the groundsman and trainer. My Grandad who is nearly 94 years old used to pick litter in the stand in the 30s with his Uncle Charlie who was the groundsman after Willie. My Grandad has one of his Scottish cup winners medals from the 30s too. I love that I have some family history tied to Celtic. But I, myself is a Manchester United supporter.
What a trailblazer! To be lauded by Herb Chapman as a player and to have coached on 3 continents. In a time where most men did not see 40. His gift of sharing his footballing knowledge worldwide has surely had ripple effects throughout the game. Thanks for telling his story Finners. Thanks for writing his story Luciano. Keep up the great work lads.
Fred Spiksley sir was a legend at Sheffield Wednesday and his massive contributions in football must be appreciated and respected ever and as an Interracial person and man who is part English through my ancestries(even if I am not) and ever importantly,a good human being and man,my respect and appreciation on him are ever, good friends!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
A very nice family and community oriented club. The infrastructure improvements will come with time. Shame that a small piece of the billions from the EPL does not trickle down to the lowest levels where it is needed most. Ahh the joys of unmitigated greed. Still a great ground and video. Please have Tomaldo double check you sat nav entry prior to departure henceforth. Good to see Billini enjoying a day out. Keep up the great work Finners.
Bertie Mee was a physiotherapist before he became our club manager, taking over Billy Wright. We lost in two league cups, but we landed Fairs cup in 69-70 and then the Doubles in 70-71. Arsenal 70-71 doubles squad Wilson, Rice, McLintock(C), Simpson, McNab, Armstrong, Storey, Graham, George, Radford and Kennedy.
Just watched your video. I'm a Walsall fan myself and agree with most of your thoughts. However, where did you park? And how did you end up walking next to the railway line in the undergrowth? As far as I'm aware, wherever you park, there is no way you needed to go this way lol. Tip: Google Maps 😅
I used to live opposite sir Bobby and he was always friendly and a complete gentleman. My dad was a staunch IPSWICH FC fan, so happy at this fact, but never did get to meet him. RIP sir Bobby and RIP darling dad . Great video thank you
Michaela is the goat. How can one man have such an impact in football, through generations, right to today. Changed shanklys way of playing, led liverpool to European cups, Barcelona to all their success. Etc al.
People have careers who are jehohva witnesses so why not football Peter would talk of the if broke someones leg playing and ending there career he couldn't live with that well he ended his own career by choice the others a maybe well wolves held out for as long as possible even for months laying is kit every home game hoping he'd come to his senses in the end went and bought jim McCalliog from Sheffield wednesday to replace him sad loss to the game respect for his decision all those years ago
Parking at or near the ground couldn’t be easier, quick google maps search and you’d of seen loads of free parking on the retail park around the corner but many thanks for coming and supporting us 🙏
Your channel, your choice. Personally I thought it was a better spectators ground than Pershore. But that's from someone who likes standing at football games. Many grounds at this level that are falling apart and not great for spectators. I'm sure they'll get permission for the new stand Keep the reviews coming 👍
@@Paul_Laverty I felt a similar way about Pershore, but considered the one stand they did have a decent quality better than Inkberrow. Agreed fingers crossed they can get new stand soon
Shame it was such a poor experience with the ground and the pin badge. Hope the club can move forward with the needed improvements. Keep up the great work Finners. Now, on to the real important stuff: Congratulations to Tom on your graduation from University. So very proud of your achievement, sir!
John Atyeo sir was a magnificent Bristol City legend who breath Bristol City throughout his life and my utmost respect to him for his love and dedication to be loyal on the footballing, scoring a record number of goals!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
So glad they treated you and Tomaldo well. Looked to be a nice ground. Top notch people and good food. Doesn't get much better. Shame about the final score and no appearance by the local raider. There is always next time. Keep up the great work lads!
I have never seen a man so disgusted with the state of a burger. I'm with Tomaldo, my burger better be hot, juicy, and tasty, or it goes back. Shame CT lost the match. Seemed a bit of a lackluster ground and match this time. Did enjoy the adventure getting to and from the stadium. Keep up the great work lads!
Congratulations to Walsall for winning their match but your beloved Cheltenham Town lost away from home,AFC Finners boss!!!Luckily, your team have won at home yesterday against Harrogate Town and hopefully, enjoy a good season, boss!!!🏋🏻♂️
