Did this last playthrough but wasn't quick enough to surprise him on the bridge, so I just waited for him in maintenance while he was on the elevator lmao
I'm not gonna lie it just feels unfortunate that dishonored's gameplay has it be attached to its characters and story. Daud probably has the most interesting story in the DLC it's unfortunate that I played it after dishonored 2. Because they plagiarized themselves they just copied and pasted the ending to Delilah's story? Like she goes crazy and you trap her in paintings twice? This is bad?
Mission 7 in ds2 tells you everything. And she cant get out of this painting because you pretty much does not even know she's trapped. It's somewhat confusing but the ending explains it pretty well
I did something like this one time but didn't use a blade, etc. I just pulled the handle, watched the walkway fold up and drop him into the deep river gorge. It was an awesome sight.
I just managed to do this yesterday and made a dedicated save to do it over and over again. You inspired me and Jindosh will pay for it :) Also, if anyone is interested: -Shoot out the skylight window before pulling the lever. -Hang left until you reach the "waiting room" -Drop down towards Observation Chamber until you see a female elite guard (red uniform) in the window, knock her out and the other guard -Head out through the balcony to the right, there'll be a lower balcony as well -Climb up until you reach Jindosh's research chamber -Climb on the foldable floor -Unlock the door -Make it all the way back -Pull the lever
My joke on Jindosh was stopping time after he turned his back, open the door, walked all the way to the end to activate the bridge lever, run back and close the door, and watched as he freaks out at the bridge closing on him and then fall to his death. He died wondering why the bridge activated without his doing. Welcome to the final mystery, indeed, Jindosh.
I will forever be surprised how the name of Corvo and how he, literally, bringed down an entire empire ALONE TWICE travels the seven seas and people still goes full "nah he aint that good"
You inspired me to do this same thing on my playthrough. It’s so much fun. I think this might be my favorite level in the game. What a nightmare it must have been to design this level. Those designers at arcane are cracked.
I like how the game says "target assassinated" at the ball kicking and not the throat stabbing. The sheer emotional damage had sent his soul already Chaos level: *extreme*
I said it before and ill say it again someone needs to make an edit of this with a pausing as the door opens and him getting kicked in the balls as a "to be continued" or a we'll be right back" meme starts
That's why I love about Dishonored games, They put these complex challenges in front of you, but there's simple to solve if you pay attention to your surroundings. What's even more hilarious is that for all his brilliance he forgot something as simple as locking the damn door! 🤣
For a real time viewing of this, at 0:05 skip to 0:14 Then 0:18 to 0:33 Then 0:34 to 0:50 Then finally 0:52 to 1:00 48 seconds off the clock meaning it took, in real time, 25 seconds. If we only count to where jindosh dies though. It only took 13 seconds real time. (If you consider 1:01 to be the death.)
