Happend to me two days ago on my R1 5JJ. I landed on my back! No broken bones but pain everywhere, chest in particular. Bike's handlebar bent, fairings and Akra exhaust severely scratch. A mess.

Both frustrating and satisfying at the same , you can round up the bigger bike in the braking zones and corners and then get blown off on the straights. Always liked SV's
Why are so many saying to close the throttle when this happens , all the safety sources I read talk about always keeping throttle applied around a corner to maintain traction. Not hitting it hard, but not completely letting off of it, more like feathering it, just a little something.

Die TC staat meestal op max. Ik had gedacht om die wat veel minder te zetten, maar na het bekijken van uw vdo, misschien TC toch op max. laten?

Nette rondetijden! In je video op de sv650 rij je een rondetijd van om en nabij de 2:10. Is dat het maximale wat je uit de sv650 kunt halen? Ik twijfel over een sv650s als circuitmotor maar ben bang dat het vermogen wat tekort schiet
@Slimmerik, is there anything you could have done to recover from the loss of traction or is the torque too great to overcome, once the rear wheel regains traction?
Smoother on the throttle. Again, very good riding. I think you were worried about the guy you just passed. Someone said the guy in front of you kicked out too. No way you could see that. On a 72 in screen and zoomed i can't see that. Bs on that comment.
Beste Slimerik, Ik heb onlangs een CBR600F2 gekocht enkel voor het circuit. Zou u mij kunnen helpen of evt tips voor banden en afstelling? Ik zie veel circuit CBR's waarbij de voorvork een flink stuk uit de kroonplaat steekt. Hoor graag van u, groet Jeroen
Oh, ik zag al dat ik niet de was met deze vraag. Zeer bedankt!! 6 jaar geleden: In de voorvork zitten stuggere veren en andere olie. Achter is een Technoflex schokdemper gemonteerd. Verder is de originele remschakelset verder naar achter geplaatst. Qua tandwielverhouding ben ik voor 1 tandje kleiner gegaan (van 15 naar 14). Achter is nog standaard (46?). Dit zou eventueel nog korter kunnen, want op Assen hoef ik eigenlijk niet naar z'n zesde versnelling. Voor Ramshoek loopt hij dan wel de begrenzer in.
Summary: bike loses traction in corner and suddenly gains it again and the bike tips over( highsiding) or the bike loses traction slides, and never gains the traction back (low siding) correct me if I’m wrong
Ha ha the fire blade has to work really hard to pass sv but sv gets him every time on bends so just proves that sv will beat you on the twisties.I had a banger z 250 years ago but good brakes and tires and raced a guy to work on an almost new cbr250 and only lost because he passed a few cars at a roundabout nearly killing himself he never spoke to me after that .beat him on the bends
Just bought an F4 for a paltry 650 quid, all it needed was an MOT which it passed today and bike is a clean, tidy example with 42000 miles which is nothing for these. All consumables are perfect but got an advisory on rear tyre, lol. Can't grumble at all and im loving the bike.
