CHURCH LEADERSHIP If the Church wants to succeed, they should strive not to be a great Church, but to be a serving Church. Maybe.... Pastors of Churches should ask different questions-not, how much money can we get from members, but instead; how much better can we serve the members? How can we make members’ lives easier and more convenient? If the Churches of this world strive to become servant leaders, they will become great Churches and a better representative of God's Kingdom to their generation. That is Leadership.... Mathew 20:25-26.
