Very interesting, is it possible to have the form directly in a Teams application window? Without having to open the form's web page? Always interesting videos.
Hi Giuliano, I have a quick question. My lookup type column is not available in the fields section of the New Form control. Are Lookup Type columns not supported?
Hi, Thanks for following the video. Yes, correct lookup columns are not yet supported, alternatively you can use a choice column, I know it is not the same but is a workaround.
Hi, Thanks for following my video, in the list you have three hidden columns once you configure the approval workflow "Approvers", "Approval Creator" and "Responses", all you need to do it's making them visible in the list. If you want to build something more complex you can create another flow that triggers when an item of the list is modified,
Thanks fo the video. I wanted to ask something different: Maybe anybody here knows how to delete different parts of Loop: Workspaces, Pages and Components? As far as I could find, Loop Components need to be deleted from Onedrive, so you need to go to onedrive, find a component there and delete it?
Hi, That's correct moreover if you want to programmatically do this thing you can use this SharePoint Powershell command Get-SPOContainer to analyze Loop workspaces, pages, and use Graph Api to fetch loop files in OneDrive.
@@DeLucaGiulian Thank you for the quick answer <3 I was wondering more from user perspective - Workspaces and Pages created from app are more or less easy to delete from inside the app (But I think they continue existing in Sharepoint Embedded? but cannot be found any more. Loop Components though: if you delete them from Loop or other M365 apps, they still stay on Onedrive and need to be found there and deleted by the user. Is that correct?
In SharePoint embedded you can delete Loop artifacts only as admin and the end user can only delete Loop Components in OneDrive. Hopefully Microsoft will do more in this area, I mean Loop is really promising but there is still a lot to do in terms of improvements
Is there a way to display amounts of something? For example: A list with 3 columns and 5 rows. Columns: Name, Status, and Location. Rows: Name = (1,2,3,4,5), Status (Good, Good, Good, Good, Bad), and Location = (a, a, b, c, b). Bar chart for status: 2 bars, good and bad. Pie Chart for location, a, b, and c.
Hey Giuliano, how are you? Thank you for the video, very helpfull. I have a question please: When you enroll device in Intune, it means MDM right? I don't want to fully manage personal devices, so I want MAM. Is it possible? I'm trying some configurations but when my users try to login in Company Portal, they receive an error (because I block the MDM register)... Can they access corporate data without log in Company Portal nor enrolled in Intune? Thank you and greetings from Brazil.
Thanks for this. I wish Microsoft would spend some effort to outline the uses of Loop and the way it either works with other components, or is meant to replace / surpass other components. Rather than leave it up to others to try and work it out and teach us.
I agree. This comes on top of everything else, and doesn't quite replace anything. OneNote and classic folders can do the same thing. It seems like "yet another space" to put things. I also wonder if the Loop workspace membership updates automatically if you add or remove meeting participants - and whether you can link a Loop workspace to a team/team membership. It'd be interesting to see if this works with channel meetings, too.
Yes this poses more questions that answers. Q1 How would I convince my meeting participants it is intuitive to when I can’t see that for myself. Q2 Where are the meetings resources stored including file. added during the meeting Q3 If the participants share files from OneDrive are meeting participants access persistent? Q4 If the participants share files from SharePoint what access rights do the meeting participants get for the SharePoint group that hosts the file?
Hi! I want to sign up for the preview mode but I get the following error message "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead." Can you recommend a solution to this error?
Hi, You can try these alternatives: Webcamoid: This is a full-featured and multi-platform webcam suite. It allows you to zoom, change the microphone, and apply various effects. It’s free and open-source1. YouCam: Developed by CyberLink, YouCam offers a range of features including zoom, virtual backgrounds, and face tracking. It integrates well with video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams2. ManyCam: This app is great for live streaming and video conferencing. It allows you to zoom, switch between multiple video sources, and add overlays. It’s available for both Windows and macOS2. Debut Video Capture Software: This software allows you to record from your screen, webcam, or other video devices. It includes zoom functionality and the ability to change audio input sources1. Yawcam: A simple and easy-to-use webcam software that includes features like zoom and microphone selection1.
Did I miss something or does this feature only transmit video and not audio captured by the smartphone's microphone? I used it on a desktop PC, which doesn't have an internal microphone, and Windows simply only received the video from the phone. If that's the case, it's kind of useless, and would only serve to replace the terrible laptop cameras.
Finally a helpful video! i was looking for a macro for my new keyboard because i always used the media keys on my laptop to adjust volume, but i found something that works.
Great video, loop seems like an intriguing app and I'm interested to see how it will fit in with SharePoint and teams. We use Notion at work which is targeting a similar use case but much more advanced.
Ciao Giuliano, ho creato un app con dei dropdown menu che mi popolano un elenco ticket. Dopo il primo record creato l'applicazione non mostra più le opzione all'interno del dropdown menu. Sapresti aiutarmi?

Hi Giuliano, i just wanted to ask if you have a video on how you could make a selection tool for customers who have no idea about the products or any video where I could get guidance from as it would be very helpful.
You can try asking this to Copilot this is the result: 1. Interactive Questionnaire Ask Simple Questions: Start with basic questions about the customer’s needs, preferences, and budget. Explain Features: Clearly explain why each product is recommended, highlighting key features and benefits. 3. Comparison Tool Side-by-Side Comparisons: Allow customers to compare multiple products based on various criteria like price, features, and reviews. Highlight Differences: Make it easy to see the differences between products. 4. Customer Reviews and Ratings User Feedback: Display reviews and ratings from other customers to provide social proof and additional insights. Filter Options: Allow customers to filter reviews by rating, date, or specific features. 5. Live Chat Support Instant Assistance: Offer live chat support where customers can ask questions and get immediate answers from a representative or AI assistant. Guided Shopping: Provide a more personalized shopping experience through one-on-one assistance. 6. Educational Content Buying Guides: Create detailed buying guides that explain the different types of products and what to look for. How-To Videos: Offer videos that demonstrate how to use the products or explain their features. 7. User-Friendly Interface Intuitive Design: Ensure the tool is easy to navigate with a clean and simple interface. Is it possible to have default value on a column on the form level, not the list level? For example Form A column 1 defaults to Choice1,. and Form B column 1 defaults to Choice2.
Good video! I have a question about the power automate. I have a flow that the first step is upload a file from the browser. Is it possible connect the copilot to this flow and that the user upload a file? Thanks!
@@DeLucaGiulianDo you have any video with this case? I have tried that after a phrase trigger, add the connector of excel but appears 3 options all required and I don't understand it 😢. Thaaanks
It's great, thank you, is it possible to see the captions only to me?, since I only need the translation online from english to spanish, the others do not need to see it in the call
Your video on Edge browser tips for Android was fantastic. Immersive Translate has been really useful for translating pages. Any other mobile extensions you like?
I found your video on Microsoft Edge for Android very helpful. Immersive Translate has improved my ability to read content in different languages. What other features do you use?
hi Giuliano De Luca, thanks a lot for this sharing. How to delivery the approval email to outlook to the approver and it will help them to see pending ..instead of MS-teams activity
This is a good tutorial, but the app is for trial only, and after that you need to pay for it to continue using the app. Do you have alternative for this?
