Okay, nice thanks! i can hear the engine tried to surge a little bit. mine does exacly the same, do you know whats wrong with it? also whats the brand of the dual core radiator? would be nice to have the hondata settings for the fan also, i will be trying to run the same fan and cooler on mine!@@ali3n_7acing
92 premium pump with water/meth snow performance 2.5 kit with #5 nozzle and no nitrous on that dyno. Using water/meth with that nozzle I was able to take off 12-13% less fuel, add timing, take boost away and make more power. Learned quite a bit of tune with the civic build. Hondata S300 is so awesome!!!
@@ali3n_7acing Im asking cause I have a somewhat similar setup and was wondering what the boost limits would be before I need to switch over to e85 I was thinking 20 psi, I have a fully built benson sleeved b18c with a T4 speedfactory top mount with a 6266
Yea that’s what I’ve been running works well with my iPhone if you running an iPhone it’s under major features of compatibility list on App Store. Only issue I had was connecting that MX+ OBD2 toggle getting it to syn Bluetooth with Racechrono was finicky. Hope this helps
Yeap the Bosch O2 sensor is underneath. Theirs two exhaust bungs on the up pipe. Was running AEM X-Series Wideband UEGO. Those Bosch o2 sensors are prone to going bad even brand new their hit and miss. Had to replace mine at 100 miles even though I was running a good air fuel ratio it just stopped working and said 17.1 Once I replaced it, the gauge was good. It’s funny too they warranty the gauge, but not the O2 sensor.
Weighs around 70-75lbs and it doesn’t seem as bad as you would think getting in and out of it but I haven’t put the seat in yet lol. I do like the openness of the sport but I’d definitely sacrifice that for safety. I plan on autocross racing it, track racing and driving on weekends. The opening for getting in/out is 40” length by 19 1/2” height opening hopefully this helps.
It does. I may have to mock up those dimensions and see if I can squeeze my fat ass in and out easily. I mean I managed to get in and out of my caged e30 but it ain't a pretty sight.
Does not have a full exhaust make you lose any power? I just ordered one of those cheap eBay kits it has a down pump that connects and gos down to connect to the pipe can I just dump it there ?
Yea you can depending on any restrictions in your full exhaust set up and actually depending on your motor build. You can loose horsepower if you go too big and let’s just say it only a stock motor, not built and no turbo. Turbo’s love no restrictions in exhaust. Just depends on how you built the motor. With this set up and the hood exhaust, you actually gain more horsepower in the top end of your power band, you lose torque but you still have some type of back pressure with that turbo so on the dyno we actually gained more horsepower compared to that side exhaust setup I had before. That exhaust that you ordered you could also run it just like that dump it right after the downpipe. Just make sure to run it in your state it’s legal or for racing only. I’ll be posting a video later, but I modified a downpipe and put on a resonator with a turn down so it just comes out right after the oil pan. It did quiet it down from the outside but you do get a droning tone inside of the cab doing it with that setup. Hopefully this helps.
I modified it with 3” pvc piping and plastic welded it to the inside of the one piece headlight I got from EBay, I also trimmed the back and plastic welded that too for the air filter to clear.
