As soon as I hit 50 had to take blood pressure tablets. put 2 stone on being in the van 🚐all the time I’m 53 now and my bp gone down a bit but I’m still a bit of a fat bastard 😅😂🤣 had to cut out the beer 🍻gin & slimline tonic is the way to go bud if you have a drink 👍😊👍
