This deck is very dear to my heart and I'm so glad to see others enjoying it too! It is sooo so wise and comforting. Its messages really feel like they come from some very old tree looking down at the world from high above. This is not my usual style of deck but I picked it up on a whim at my local metaphysical shop and I'm so glad I did.

This review was great, exactly what I was after. I loved how you read out bits from the book and explained what was going on (especially the blindfolded bit) so thankyou so much. The art is enchanting, at first I thought it was a little childlike but the more you to through the deck it turns out not to be like that. Reminds me of another world and like the Monsoon tarot. "Chalice Well" and the gardens and stories around it are a modern day 'New Age' FAKE, a touristic INVENTION. It was originally known and recorded as CHALKS well. It is near Glastonbury, but not associated with the Abbey.

I liked this deck. It has beautiful pictures and a cute storyline. I would like to see more tarot and oracle deck reviews (in answer to your question about it). I used to watch your older reviews with the fairy decks and I bought most of those because of your reviews, because you always do a spread with the deck too, so one can see how the deck works. I like your reviews and thoughts about different decks.

Mercurius is Roman not Celtic isn't he? The deck looks really awesome, the art is stunning, though I admit that to see the blind girl in (almost) every picture is somehow disturbing to me (maybe even made worse with the fact she actually has open eyes that seems to be seeing normally on few cards (tens and World it were I think?). Also from the look of the box and preview cards I expected there would be more of the other creatures, while there's not that much here actually and it's fully focused on the girl (nothing wrong with that and I believe her story is very interesting too, just that I made wrong assumptions lol). Anyway, thank you for the walkthrough :)
Mercurius is actually not a Roman god in origin... but there's a lot that goes on there 😉 I think it's quite interesting to follow one character throughout the entire deck, it's the first one I personally have like that, so that's a curious change. The world card talks about being revealed. And yes, open eyes on all the 10's I didn't even mention that 😊 Thanks for your input 🌸🍀

(that he's not Roman in origin): Yes, having one character going through the whole deck is definitely great thing to have, I just thought from the picture on the box and preview cards that there will be rather some interesting fantasy creatures in the deck...

Fae from all over the world could be there. You can learn more about the history of the land. I have a video coming up on that topic too. Who were the people who came before you. Many of those who immigrated brought their believes and their Faery beings with. So if people from Ireland, Scotland etc. are there they could have brought them with. You can also learn more about the natives, what kind of spirits did they work with.
Your video came right on time! I had the experience a few days ago where I had to leave a store due to feeling sick from just being there in that energy from all the people being stressed and so on. It was far from home and meant to be a fun visit, but I ended up leaving with nothing and quickly realized that I can't predict the element of external energies and how these will affect me. So I'd been looking for effective ways to keep those at bay.

Wonderful to hear that you do not use White Sage Blossom, but instead grow your own organic herbs. I am an ecologist and have always felt using native and plentiful local herbs and plants (with permission naturally), is far more powerful than taking sacred plants from indigenous people.I also use my own Rosemary and pine needles, as well as Juniper, which I find wonderfully cleansing as well. Did you know the old folklore about Rosemary says that when it grows abundantly, the woman rules the home !I also use lemons to cleanse a space; and now my husband also uses a spray of lemon and spring water in his classroom at work to do the same. He says it really helps calm his teenage students, and him too! I also could not agree more about Crystals and the industrial way that they are ripped from Mother Earth and then commercially sold in bulk. Where I live I can often find natural quarts growing, or just resting on the surface of the ground. I ask first and then if allowed bring them home to use and make friends with. I have also found a few ethical small companies that collect local crystals and do so with respect and love. They cost a little more but this makes such a difference to what you can then use them for to help clear or protect a space. Sound is another wonderful way to cleanse a home and I love to sing, even if no one else likes to listen!😉 I also use music to calm or clear a space and that I have found to be very effective as well. Have you read Daniel Harms excellent book on 'Witch Bottles, History, Culture and Magic' by the way? I love creating these as long as there is not glitter included! 🙀 You covered so many fascinating aspect in this video Blossom, which is far from a 101 I think. I am also not a minimalist, so you are not alone! I really enjoyed this video as well as your warm and fun way of covering these important areas of home cleansing. I didn't even know that about Rosemary, thank you. I love using stone that I found near creeks or rivers, they often feel very powerful. If I get permission I'll take them with me and leave a little offering behind. I used to have a shop nearby that sold local and ethical sourced crystals, but they are closed now. Since then I haven't bought any, because I don't really know where to look 😅 Sound is always great, who cares how your singing is, just right from the heart, that is what matters 😂 I haven't read that book but found it on Kindle unlimited... so I'm diving right in. What a sweet little oracle deck Blossom. Very whimsical as you so rightly described it! ♥I think this is an excellent idea to do a readings before a house healing as well as afterwards, to see how the normal energies have been adversely affected and then re-harmonises afterward a healing. Personally, I use the Tarot. A very old Rider Waite deck that I was gifted at 12 years old with and which is still amazingly precious to me now. As for Oracle Decks, as a Druid I tend to find both the Druid Animal deck as well as the Druid Plant deck excellent to use. I also combine then both and use them as one much larger deck. personally I find that gives far more scope and you can go deeper as well. One questions, do you ever use reversed cards, or did these all come out upright? The reason I ask is I have found the reversed cards can often give a lot more information, and are not always negative, merely show where the basic energy is being blocked. I don't use reversals as such, I always make sure that they turn up all upright, otherwise my brain goes all cross-eyed 😅 However, I always consider the light and shadow aspects of a card, and as I usually use spreads, I consider the position they are in. For demonstration purposes, I keep it a bit lighter, but when I do readings I will always consider that the card can also be reversed. There is always light and shadow in everything.
