My name is Dylan. I'm a now over 30 year old guy (he/him/his) who's trying to get my life in the right direction and I am on the autism spectrum. I was diagnosed with Asperger's in my early 20s. I thought that RU-vid would be a good way to get my thoughts out. The internet is one way that I can share without being around a lot of people. Be patient with me. I hope my channel can offer a perspective on daily life through the lens of someone on the autism spectrum. there's a cheaper variant that's a squeeze bottle. another one that just uses gravity with your head tilted so it's axis is horizontal and you pour in your upper nostril. however I read the squeeze bottle (and presumably yours) has some pressure and cleans better. also, idk why RU-vid recommend me this.

And yes, deep breaths...slowly...put the mind aside for a moment, and just be the life that you are. Be the consciousness, be the awareness, just be you. The mind is only a tool for you to use, it's not YOU. It's best to turn the tool off when not in purposeful, directed use, and simply be. Blessings. <3
If you have Autism then I highly recommend learning Arabic to help you with critical thinking because Arabic is so fundamentally different than English with Grammar, vocabulary and phonology that it will boost your mental athleticism if you learn it because Arabic is so logical and technical. Don’t learn Spanish you won’t get anything from it in terms of linguistical acquisition because it’s too similar to English.
Dylan, you may have a sinus infection. Try going to the doctor because they can make you feel really off and terrible. Light sensitivity is a very common symptom. I sure hope you feel better. Sinus infections can be serious. Be well friend.
You do come across as quite reserved, I am the same but it doesn’t matter. Most people just care about what you can do, so what if they think you’re shy. Most people are shy it’s just that they go around putting more effort in to hide that fact. Ok maybe if you’re looking for a partner it’s a little different because personality plays more of a role. When they called you for the job it doesn’t matter that they were in Idaho and knew you were there, they still asked you, they know you can do the job and they trust you, that means you’re good at what you do. That leaves a good impression. Sorry for long ramble. FWIW I think it’s worse to leave a bad impression
