Not trying to troll you or anything I have been a professional painter for 20 years. Silicone says on the tube of caulk it's not paintable. Thata why when you painted it if it's Silicone it probably spiderwebs on the first coat then covers it after that but it's not actually adhered to it it's just floating on the surface and can be easily removed. Sorry to tell ya but the hardie trim work.looks good though btw
I've been a musician pretty much my whole life and all I have to say is if you do this you're an idiot 🙄 side note no fingers on the fretboard so what they're playing is not the sound coming out, however they did include the tab of what they're really playing so I guess there is 1 redeeming factor lol
There were 2 easier ways of doing this, pull the cord out the way it got in there or unplug the cord from the cube. No need to break your poor innocence coffee mug. Like seriously what did that mug do to deserve that? I know it's probably from the dollar store or something but still.
It also depends on if these lights stay lit up regardless of whether someone is crossing or not. Some cross walks I know of flash continuously and in those areas people see it all the time and just desensitize that it's even there after a while. It's the ones that only come on when someone is there tend to be far more noticeable. Good sign the city needs to fix some of these cross walks so it isn't always going off giving a false reading where cars like this could care less and just keep going.
"Designed for" and "used for" are two very different concepts. If enough people started using cities designed for pedestrian as cities designed for cars, no amount of pedestrian infrastructure will counteract that. Step 1 is designing for pedestrians. Step 2 is getting drivers to acknowledge that design.
