@MrZiuretojas If you're running the White package you probably don't want to run Harpooner. IMO the White package is better. 3 Sardine, 1 Sunfish, 3 Reincarnation. Run 3 Mermaid Shark for extra ways to search the Sunfish.
I’m presuming she means when Snopios targets a card that makes it get banished instead of go to grave. Opponent then tries to chain and send it before it happens, but damage is already done.
i love this!!! very cool that you did it in a fish-themed setting, too. might steal your list b/c there's nothing i love more than double deep beyonding (with melffy i've done it 3 times)
I love the Ghoti deck when I play it. I actually fully feel your opponents frustration of the are you done yet it’s my turn. Not your fault at all but decks like this, floo, lab can be miserable to play against since you get turn 1 and turn 2 is an our turn situation.
I'm testing an all gas ghoti build. 35 monsters, 3 moray of greed, and 2 white reincarnation. Resolving multiple nimble angler feels so good. Lifefish dump angler grab 2 sunfish. Link off for coral. Shuffle them back with leaf fish and then discard another angler for hapooner or white stingray. Get more fish. It's all gas all the time. I switched out beautuna for 3 deep sea diva and a deep sea sentry for even more extension. Diva getting hand trapped still leaves you with a level 2 water tuner on the board leaving abyss shark live. Also potentially giving ez access to crystal wing in under 5 summons.
@Fossil_Dyna i totally love your deck. at my locals no one really knows what ghoti is or does. i'm also very happy about the "support" in form of harpooner. think he helps the deck a lot. btw. is there any chance for some advanced help about buildig this deck with harpooner in it? since i've nobody know who playes or even likes the fishs it's nice to have someone how i can talk to.
You played against a friend of mine from the island, told me you were the highlight of the whole event. Ghoti really just is built different. Awesome work.
I outed 3 rising rebellion and 2 ulti falcon and he recycled them, we had a 43 minute game 1 into me wobbying him in time after he ashed tuna 😅 i should’ve scooped g1 sooner but it was last round
Correct me if I'm wrong but snopios can be dodged. It targets for cost but applies its effect on resolution. I might have misunderstood what they were saying.
What do you think about mermaid shark instead of beautunaful princess? I consider is a good option to search abyss shark and make the white aura combo. I'd really appreciate your thoughts since I'm also a ghoti duelist.
Princess loses to ash, mermaid shark loses to ash and imperm; both are one for one-able, but i think because tenpai and branded are more present in meta ash/ghost ogre are very strong. If you normal mermaid shark and get ogre’d you have no follow up with no body on board. Mermaid shark on its own also cannot typically make anything as a negated monster, really depends on how you feel people will play and side.
I have only a few cards in difference in my build. If only i could afford to go to events. Lol Nice idea with Crossout, too. I play it for a similarly funny reason, but for Metaphys. I might have to try it out in ghoti sometime.
As someone who petdecks Ghoti religously(I'm pretty sure I've tested every variant imaginable atp), I find your list impressive and inspiring. You make so many smart deck building choices that I'll be stealing for my next brew! I'd love to talk shop about the funny fish some time I've you're ever interested:) Awesome stuff!
I have to play more in person, I played a 6 round locals against 2 tenpai 2 fire 2 random decks, the tenpai matchup feels like aura control since there’s forbidden droplets in format, i might run ice barriers and searchables; unsure
I think i’d have to mess with it but it might be cutting some more cards for more ghotis, maybe adding some ice barriers for the tenpai matchup / searching gameciel for towers and stuff; less explosive build more of a controlled thing because droplet is also in format
