Michael Maas is an award winning powerhouse of electronic trailer & production music. Born in 1983 in Germany he was a multi-instrumentalist from the age of 6, and although his early musical education was fundamentally classical, his style is undeniably modern. Fusing mind-bending sound design with pulsating electronic and orchestral compositions has become his trademark, and has won him numerous placements on major-league trailers and TV spots.
Recent successes include: Dune, Tenet, Reminiscence, Apex Legends, Candyman, Mulan, Star Wars Rise Of Skywalker, Tom Clancy´s The Devision 2, Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare, Hobbs & Shaw a.m.
I loved the track so much that I literally stopped working, because I just couldn't keep going. Hearing this, I froze like a statue. It's a goddamn masterpiece, bro. Keep it up💙
Lyrics: 'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, that's life Tryna make ends meet, you're a slave to money then you die I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down You know the one that takes you to the places where all the veins meet, yeah No change, I can change I can change, I can change But I'm here in my mold I am here in my mold But I'm a million different people From one day to the next I can't change my mold No, no, no, no, no (Have you ever been down?) Well, I've never prayed but tonight I'm on my knees, yeah I need to hear some sounds that recognize the pain in me, yeah I let the melody shine, let it cleanse my mind, I feel free now But the airwaves are clean and there's nobody singin' to me now No change, I can change I can change, I can change But I'm here in my mold I am here in my mold And I'm a million different people From one day to the next I can't change my mold No, no, no, no, no (Have you ever been down?) I can't change, oh, no I can't change, oh 'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, that's life Tryna make ends meet, tryna find somebody then you die I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down You know the one that takes you to the places where all the veins meet, yeah You know I can change, I can change I can change, I can change But I'm here in my mold I am here in my mold And I'm a million different people From one day to the next I can't change my mold No, no, no, no, no I can't change my mold No, no, no, no, no, I can't change my mold, no, no, no, no It's just sex and violence, melody and silence It's just sex and violence, melody and silence I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down Been down Ever been down Ever been down Ever been down Ever been down Have you ever been down? Have you ever been down? Have you ever been down?

Hi people, I need your help :) It looks like that my cover of Bitter Sweet Symphony is featured anywhere on TV, stage or internet. Shazams went up like crazy, anyone knows where this is running or featured? Someone posted "Cowboys victory music"...but I didn't found something fitting :) Thank you in advance community <3

I've just finished the trailer music course and it's brilliant!!! Michael explains everything really well and the track processing is nowhere near as complicated as you would expect. It's a great course and if you are interested in getting into composing trailer music then this course should be on your shopping list.
