OMG... I was in Las Vegas when Bey was there. She performed Saturday and Sunday night. Ne-Yo and another performer was performing in Vegas that weekend as well. It was insane.
After I left, you were there. I was in Paris in November and I understand how you feel about Champs Elysées. It was always crowded, no matter what time I was there. Paris was a meh experience for me. I was not aware of the exchange rate - the Euro is higher than the dollar, which messed me up big time. The weather was extremely cold. Unlike USA cold. The cold felt like needles. And it rained a lot. The worst thing that happened was that I got Covid while in Paris. It could have been or I probably caught the flu due to the horrible weather. I still went out and did my thing, but it was not enjoyable. I also spent two days in London and had a much better experience shopping at Harrods, despite it being a little racist. Fun fact: I know the former owner of Harrods. I regret not mentioning it when they were being racist. I am planning another trip to Paris, but this will be in the Spring/Summer season.
What feminine and nice nails you have! I can’t even watch videos when women have those tacky long nails; turns my stomach. Your nails are lovely! Anita
Seriously impressed by your work! It's clear you put a lot of thought and effort into your content, and it shows. Keep up the great work with your creativity!
Jacqueline, I’m so obsessed with how you pair outfits. I’m in the process of elevating my wardrobe (it’s time 😅) and I look to you for INSPO! You’re the best , thaaank you ❤
Sure! So basically when you shop in certain countries overseas (typically at luxury stores), you get taxes back on shopping because you aren't a resident. So basically when you're in the store, you'll ask for the VAT tax form which the sales assistant will fill out on your behalf with the sales info. You then have to take that to a kiosk in the airport to get your refund approved, and you also have to show the items to a tax agent to verify them. Your refund will either be given to you in cash or refunded to your credit card. To be able to get the VAT tax though, you need to have your passport with you while shopping to show it to the sales associated.
