I can’t play your music on the radio from a video on RU-vid dude, you have to send me something that I can download to my computer, preferably a master copy of MP3 or wave format
a buddy of mine used to open up for them when they played the "velvet elvis" in savannah GA. not to be confused with the pop punk group with the same name from about the same time. i love their "lead bass" style. i compaired them to an american, rockabilly, rudimentary peni. good shit. wish they had more material...
I live in Savannah. And I have a Scaries ashtray, from their show at Velvet Elvis. I was trying to decide, if I should hang onto it. I wish I had some cd's to go with it. Very Cool Band
HOlee shit! I was best friends with Josh Barry Drummer,Gregory Eugene Swank Adkins Bass, and Ken Meathook Shoen Gitfiddle. I have 20 years of digital hi 8 footage of these guys. maybe one day I will get round to uploading it. These guys are some really cool cats. I got all the stuff they ever did, vinyl, Cds the lot. Sure wish they'd give it another go. Thanks for uploading this broski.
Awesome!! I actually went to High School with Ken Shoen, and then worked with him delivering pizzas, a few years later! These guys were Awesome at what they did!! Eugene (Greg), reminded me a little bit of Jim Morrison on some of his vocals. 🤔 I have one video recording of them playing a outdoor party, whenever Mike McGivern was their drummer, before Josh. It is on VHS! 😅😉😄
Beaux, how's it been going? Do you ever hear from Jim "AB", or Tommy "AJ"? I don't do Facebook anymore, I had Tommy on there years ago. The last I knew of Kenny's whereabouts, was Houston, Texas.
Yes it did jamminman. Well worth the wait though. I was soo nervous though. I messed up a lot. That's just me listening to every note i played and being my biggest critic! We are very proud of the out come of this. Great job WSRE! If we play our cards right. Great things are def. in store. One Tribe!
The time between taping and airing must've felt like a few years. I bet they show this alot in rerun. They got some great shots of everybody. Between the tracks and being there and watching at 3rd base and this I'm about 30 times hearing this set and I still ain't tired of it. For me that's saying alot. Great things are in store. One Tribe
Around 1:30 the sound drops out because a drunk fuck knocked over my recorder tripod. At the end you can hear me confront him because he kept knocking my shit over.
I am so sick of shooting around the crowd that I just bought a $150 tripod that I hope will be tall enough to get over the crowd. And if I can build a little platform I can have 2 tripods and still not take up much space. That will make the video and audio better.
Technically this is satire, but I like to think of it as a small visual treatise on Postmodern Feminism. Notice the way she pushes the dudes away? That is her unshackling gender based bias and discrimination using her body. And I picked the music because it is a perfect deconstruction of the stereotypes of that genre. Or fuck, maybe I just drank too much tonight, I don't know...
