E112 - Pump system. It is the overall error code of the hydraulic system. The subject of the inspection does not specifically specify the cause or faulty parts.But from what we have found, this code problem has the main causes as follows. 1.There is an accumulated heat of more than 60 degrees Celsius from the pump motor causing the control box (PMC) This causes the main control box (ATC) to stop operating the entire system. 2.Check the control box (PMC) whether it is damaged or not by measuring the value using the diode measurement value.If it is not damaged, try storing it in a room with a temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius for about 8 hours. 3.Check the ventilation system on both the intake and exhaust sides to see if it is normal or not.Check whether the operation of the ventilation fan (motor speed) is normal or not. 4.Check the hydraulic oil level, hydraulic filter, pressure relief filter, and whether the quality of the oil is normal or not. 5.Are the motors and pumps operating normally? If you find that the control box (PMC) ,If damaged, replace the new parts, but don't forget to check all the mentioned topics first until you are sure because this may cause the problem to occur again.Clear all error codes before operating in the mode lock book.
FET at the top side of pump inverter unit are short circuited. 1.Check P,N,U,V and W terminals for foreign matter on the them and areas around them. 2.Disconnect motor cable for U,V and W terminals and check connections between motor cables and P,N terminals using a multimeter .Remove any leak and repair. 3.Check motor terminals for loose screw or motor cables for breakge. 4.Repair pump inverter unit. Remark Check for leake between motor cables and truck farme.

I have a reach truck coming up with Codes - C29 , D33 , G61 , G64 Traction is operational, by Hydraulic functions do not work. Battery voltage is good. Tried with battery removed from unit in case there was voltage to frame, but didn't make any difference.
