My endocrinologist would only give me Metformin which she said would help my pre diabetes and my weight. It did neither….well, maybe the metformin helped my weight a tiny bit but it also made me nauseous and hypoglycemic. So I went to a weight loss clinic for phentermine and that’s where I heard about compounded tirzepatide and semaglutite. After thinking about it for about a month, I started tirzepatide. It worked. Then I found out about telehealth clinics. I joined Mochi Health which cost less than the clinic and I’m doing very well. Not only is my weight going down but so is my A1C.

First, congratulations, you are brave for sharing your journey. We are built similarly. I see where you going with your journey. Here is an idea because I see you do the weight training. Save your money for a few months keep weight training and do the keto for those months off shot. Where I lost was waist. It has been the one thing that actually helped me. I came of keto. Then you will continue your shot and doing your active lifestyle. I do wear a waist trainer. And recommend staying in one during and after keto. Just sharing as maybe a viewer can use this too.

I lost 26 lbs and the semaglutide works slow but it’s working,I’m finally under 300lbs.If I didn’t start losing the weight I would’ve been deep in depression and food binging! I’m still trying to figure out ways to help my mental health,because I’ve been in a storm and I haven’t been happy.You do look great though,and you look happier.❤
