First, it is clearly a human being. Second, as I zoomed in I noticed the person turned their head to the side and it looked to me like they had their hair up in a bun or at least pulled back. I think it is a worker who knew how to get a really great view and was enjoying the concert.

Remember when people actually took up for the people that got hit and rioted towards this person? Crazy. If those people would've gotten out of that vehicle, they would've been killed. Oh, but it was just a "protest" right?
One of my friends horse would take my hat and sprint down the fence line about 20 yards and wait for me to follow. When i get close, the horse would run the other way. I think the horse just liked the idea of being able to demand my attention and have me follow. Lol.
