@@soundcrank6214 lmao even you were wrong :(( This is called a polymeter, which I found out laterhand I'm NOT changing the title tho lmao, because uhhh. Yea the yt algorithm takes it very well
@@3manonmusic435 No, it is Polytempo. Polymeter would require that the notes used be of different divisions, in which they are not. The patterns here aren't different based on them being quarter notes in 3/4 vs quarter notes in 4/4. And vice versa, they are also not quarter notes at 120bpm vs half notes at 235bpm... The bpm of the track remains constant, the notes aree all the same type of note (crotchets, quavers, minums etc), they just aree all slipped out by 1bpm in a continuous series until resolved. This is literally the defining difference betweeen polytempo, polymeter and polyrhythm. This and Virtual Riots track are clear cut examples of polytempo.
Oh wow, i thought it was WAY more crowded than this, pretty awesome you managed to pull that out with just a handful of instruments, didn't expect that. I'd have added sooo many tracks to arrange what you achieved with barely 10 lol, kudos
0:40 I WAS NOT READY FOR THAT DROP HOLY SHIT, it sounds like some kinda fight in a place once defined by peace and beauty, now covered in war and sorrow.
Father Algorithm blesses me again. OP, love the twist on VR's amazing track... and the trombone sound was awesome! The timing and volume dynamics of the piano vs the strings/horns played very well together... like best friends at recess when school was fun lol. Hope you are still creating music out there. ☮
Thanks for all the wonderful and creative compliments! And as a matter of fact I'm still making music, I've even dropped my debut album 7 days ago on RU-vid!
Amazing art, fitting story and great music! Luminescence and Echoes of the Mountains are definitely my favourites. Awesome work, you didn't lie with your promise, that you debut is gonna be great :)
