The four buildings on the sites are/were the theatre itself, the shopping acrade and the commercial/residential block, and the adjacent residential building Skyroom Terrace. The latter three structures have been demolished. The theatre itself is still undergoing refurbishment. No idea whether there will be a new theatre there.
To quote a press release issued by the developer in April 2021: After successfully consolidating ownership of the 68-year-old State Theatre, located at 277-291 King’s Road, North Point last year, New World Development announced a meticulous conservation project to restore the Grade I historic site. Talking about Wan Chai reminds me about those days shooting the movie of The World of Susie Wong at the very old poor area . I was one of those spectators. Just a kid then . 😎☕️🍰🥮 ❤👍🏻

It is an enjoyable trip to cross Victoria Harbour. So are other ferry rides within and outside the harbour. I plan to video some of these ferry rides in future.
It's a very nice cross harbor ride . Remembered when I was a teen before leaving HK back to USA in 1969, I rode that ferry back and forth a few times just enjoying such rides . ❤👍🏻 😎☕️🍰🍫 🇮🇹🇺🇸
