Pros-Nice house. Nice grounds. Dirt road access. Privacy. Cons- Dirt road access. Why back gate to paved road not primary entrance? No closet in the bigger bedroom. How old is roof, AC, WH, water pump? Frame house which will cost more for insurance. Does that pizza oven work? Quality/age of fencing on property. Pool condition/maintenance? Why selling? Price high for no fencing/room for any large animals. Neighborhood at back entrance seems messy/sketchy.
House needs lots of modernisation. Is the part of barn with AC insulated? How old is all that horse and privacy fencing? Big $$$ to replace. What type of pasture gras s? Fescue free?
