Basic safety not being common sense kills me. My 60 year old mother goes for walks by herself in the forest at night time. Her excuse is "ive never seen bears around here" Bich you ever heard of jeffrey dahmer.
Poor guy. Your kids give you an ugly shirt for Christmas, you wear it to work once just to make them happy, and now the entire world knows you as "that guy with the shirt" for the rest of your life.
She thinks "intentionally" is like a magic word, that if they decide she didn't plan it out in advance then she's not guilty. I think she really buys her own BS
I agree with you 💯 She knew exactly what she was doing, drunk or not...she was gonna show him. Taunted him while he was suffering, makes it clear to me. These tapes always give me chills and to think she .ight get shorter sentence to do it to another?? I have to wonder what else this man went through hey her hands. I don't see an abuser just hopping into a suitcase for their victim. She is a sick woman.
I think Rojas believes every word she's saying. I get the impression that in retrospect she convinced herself the Andrea Doria incident wasn't as bad because she otherwise always had a great time with Ocean Gate and no one wants to admit to themselves that they might not be a good judge of character. But maybe that's me reading way too much into things and she's just full of shit lol
Sounds like an admission to me Jeff. When she said “ I figured I’d let him squirm a little bit, or whatever that is, BUT then, I fell asleep “. I think that a jury will hear that alone, having not even see the cell phone video yet, and think that she “planned” on somehow doing what she did to Jorge, that particular night.
Right! When you play hide and go seek, you don’t ask the seeker to help you hide 🙈 that’s the whole point. She probably dared him or made a bet that he couldn’t fit inside the suitcase 🧳 and zipped him up. All a plan! She should get 1st degree imo
@@S_JM27 I said the same thing. She probably dared him somehow, to get him to to “WILLINGLY” get in there and zip him up. She probably said something stupinsd like, “ I bet you couldn’t fit in that suitcase”, and he took the bait. Apparently, Jorge was very thin and shorter than an average man. One of the channels, I can’t remember which one it was, gave his height and weight out publicly. According to them, Jorge would have easily fit in, in A FETAL position. Ik
It’s interesting that her own lawyer, has to remember her not talk, after the interview video started! 😂😂😂 in other words shut up! 😂😂😂 how she feels is irrelevant! I’m very happy you interrupt with commentary! It gives me time to decompress. She triggers me so bad! Sara’s lawyer is doing exactly what she wants him to do. Her words coming from his mouth!
Jeff, I know you wanted the subject put to rest but I feel I have to stick up for your chat. Several days ago Sarah's lawyer Lawyer WAS ineligible to practice law in Florida. The Lawyer You Know, a lawyer in Florida, covered it on his channel. If you watch that you will indeed see the website when it showed he was ineligible. LYK said it wasn't a big deal. That he had not paid his fees. But Owens has since paid those fees. So your chat was correct. 😁 It irritates me when content creators don't listen to their chat. What creators fail to remember is that most of us watch multiple channels and we pay attention to every little detail. I personally follow 5 different channels covering the Sarah Boone saga and watch each creator's commentary on the hearings etc. I have seen all of the body cam footage of Sarah and Jorge's domestic violence police visits. I have read all of the police reports. I have watched a video put together by a creator who did a deep dive on Jorge and his family. I have read all of the inmate notes from the jail from the day Sarah was arrested until the present. I can tell you about Sarah's family. I could go on and on. My point is, Sarah Boone followers know every little detail and most of them are correct on the facts the majority of the time. Sometimes they aren't but most of the time you can trust your chat. We eat, breathe and sleep true crime. I was on a stream one night who had an investigator from Florida on to answer some questions about the Sarah Boone case. People in the chat were talking about how Sarah was caught hoarding cheese and how she had been caught with certain types of contraband etc and the investigator flat out told the chat they were wrong. That those things wouldn't happen. The chat tried explaining that those incidences were documented in the reports from the jail and she just wasn't hearing it. Well, that investigator had to eat her words. Because she found out the truth and those things did indeed happen. My point is, most of the time the chat knows what they're talking about. You may not even care but if you would like to see for yourself please check out LYK. Thank you for hearing me out. As soon as Boone is over I'm going to binge watch your Titan Sub content. Oh, and my daughter wants me to ask you what the name of the museum thing you went to in Vegas. The one with creepy stuff and haunted stuff??? She's headed to Vegas the end of the month and wants to go there. Thanks Jeff.
Oh I was listening to chat I was being very specific. I also said that if it's true it's not a big deal. You just pay your dues. I know that very personally. It's happened to me before. Haha. Also chat with saying his license IS suspended (present tense). And I was saying and showing that as of the time I was live, he is fully eligible do practice and in good standing. And that there are no disciplinary issues. And I was saying that I would be surprised if it was suspended, but it's not right now. (At that time) so people should stop saying that his license is suspended. And your daughter is going to want to go to the Zack Bagans Haunted Museum. She needs to make reservations well in advance. And I would recommend the VIP package
@@legalvices Thank you for being so kind and receptive to my comment. I was on replay crew so I couldn't see what the chat was saying. Only your response to them. Anyway, just wanted you to know Owens was ineligible but he took care of the fees. I have been watching your channel off and on since you were a wee bitty channel. I am so excited to dive into your Titan Sub content! When my daughter told me she was going to Vegas I told her about the place you went to but I couldn't remember the name. She asked if I could try to ask you. I'm happy you responded and I can share the information with her. Thanks again, Jeff.
She is what I call someone who is used to controlling Everything around her. Then she will do the merry-go-round argument. As someone who has lived in an abusive marriage. She will make u feel like it’s your fault! Or that you’re an idiot!
The makeup security issue is because the officers won't know if the law ladies snuck something to her or if she stole something. She could grab a nail file... lol
Around the 2:25 mark... it's not that she doesn't understand the question. It's that she doesn't know if it's better to answer with the truth or a lie. She refuses to take any responsibility for her actions. There's not enough context in his question for her to figure how much blame she can shift away.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, unless the detectives forced her into the room how they got her into the room doesn't matter. They could lie and say Pikachu was waiting to meet her in the room so long as they didn't interrogate her until after her rights were read. If SB had signed the Miranda waiver and then said she wanted an attorney to help her the detectives would have to stop. She knew she could just shut up and there was nothing the detectives could do. But, she thought she could talk her way out of it.
Thanks for responding! Also, if the detectives had said something like ' in order to get your phone back you have to talk to us' or 'if you wanna go home you better talk' then she might have a case of coercion.
If the defense has a point that just reading the rights doesn't mean the person you're reading them to understands them. If he were representing someone young, uneducated, or with some kind of mental deficits, he might actually have a case. However, Sarah Boone is super smart and excels at everything - she told us herself how smart she is.
