I want to say Thank you for doing this video I am new to using a machine this size (Bai 1501). Your video was just what I needed. I searched and none of the other videos come close to yours. Thank you I was able to embroider my first kitchen towel. (yeah! me). Came out great just my thread busted but it was all good. Thank you again.
Hey Joy. We have a shop in Alabama. My wife has told me about bai. Was the purchase process relatively easy for you? I’ve joined a group on fb and have been told I can pay through the rep and pick up in Atlanta.
Yes it was very easy. I went through Helen Gu as my rep. She was wonderful. And I was not close to a warehouse at the time so it was shipped to my house. It arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. I recommend talking to Helen Gu she really was wonderful to work with
These ones are from BAi I got them the same time I purchased my machine. I got them through my BAi representative. You can get them From Richword richword.com/products/embroidery-magnetic-hoops-for-embroidery-machines?_pos=1&_sid=b4091b345&_ss=r&variant=44520888107240
I am using the 12 needle mirror machine. I wish I had waited to get the 15 needle but it was out of stock at the time I purchased. But that being said I have only ever done one design that exceeded 12 colors! 😅 I just add some stops and change the colors.
I did! But I used the link that my BAi representative sent me. I used Helen Gu, she was wonderful helping me get my machine. And they have warehouse in the US so you can get your machine really fast!
I know I have to make sure it clicks in but if it’s clicked in I have not had any problems. I would reach out to the BAi tecs and show them what’s going on. I’m sure they can help you work it out. I always ask Chris Zhong when I have any issues.
Thank you for taking the time to do this. My only question would be why not use a light adhesive spray instead of fussing with painters tape and taking the hoop on and off. Also I have stitch artist 2. Is that how you did the design. It’s adorable.
Definitely could use the spray! i use it often with other projects. i just prefer the tape for doing keychains its cheaper and more accessible for me. i save my spray for shirts and other things. thats why i'm always saying this is just what i do, you got to do what works best for you! but great question! ☺ I use Embrilience-Essentials. I purchased the design off etsy.
So glad I found your channel, I'm a Bai owner 15 needle and I don't know how to use it. So thanks for sharing your knowledge about the machine it is very much appreciated I will learn as much as I can from your videos!! and ignore the negativity!!!
Thanks for the video! I'm a new BAI owner and I am always looking for how others operate and hoop,etc..your video on the 8 -in- 1 hoops was great! I have been doing fobs for years and also use Embrilliance. one of my favorite features is color sort! It really saves time in the long run, especially when doing multiples!
Umm… I don’t know that there is a “trick” you just kinda get used to opening and closing them… I honestly hardly get my fingers but every once in a while it’s inevitable 😅
I saw your video the other day and the lightbulb finally went off on how to accurately position my designs. I then couldn’t find it. I spent hours doing every search possible. I can’t thank you enough. It was a total game changer. You explain it flawlessly.
Great tip with the tape. I bought a 9needle machine a year ago and it’s still looking at me. I’ve done nothing with it because I’m so afraid of it. It would be really helpful if you do a beginners tutorial. I mean after I turn it on - then what? I’m serious. I’m clueless. My husband is so annoyed with me because I bought this thing and it sits there looking pretty 😮
Thank you so much for your videos. Don’t worry about the negative comments. Don’t even read them. There are so many haters in the world. I for one appreciate your videos. I’m a beginner myself, and I want to learn 🌺
WOW!!! YOU HAVE IMPROVED A LOT, THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO THAT IS SEEN. VERY WELL PRESENTED AND ALL THE DETAILS WE ARE LOOKING AT YOUR VIDEO WE COULD APPRECIATE ALL THE DETAILS, EXCELLENT VIDEO I GIVE YOU THE NUMBER 100% CONGRATULATIONS
wow this video is much better you just have to look at the camera because where you are looking you look as if you are looking to the left side try to look where you are at the camera lens and it will be seen that you are more connected with the public
Thank you for showing us how you hoop the backpack! Sorry that people can be so ugly. I have enjoyed all of your videos. Thanks for taking your time out to share what you know.
Just found your videos. I've had my Bai for about 1.5 years and I love my BAI, too. I haven't done hats but tons of other stuff. A lot of "church" work. I got it primarily for the large stitch area.
thats great! i'm glad you like my videos. i am not a pro youtuber. I'm definitely not trying to get famous lol i just make them when ever i feel like i have something that might help. i'm glad you found encouragement in them.
I do not understand. as there are people who want to go on camera and also, they want to see themselves. They also want to see themselves without knowing that the public feels ignored since the eye of the camera is where they have to see and not the monitor of the camera because the eye of the camera is as if it were the eyes of a person and It is where you who are making the video should and have to look. Other things, the importance of the video is what you are doing, not you as the main objective.
I am not a professional at making videos. I’ve only made four in my entire life on RU-vid. Your comment is very uncalled for and rude. I don’t even own a tripod. I did the best I could, and I shared some thing that I thought would help people if you don’t like it or you don’t think it helps fine keep your comments to yourself.
Hello!!!,… have you ever gotten the “color timeout” message on your machine?? Just when I was starting to get confident with this thing this message pops up.😊
I can not recall if i have or not, but my suggestion would be to contact the Bai team. every time i have any questions or issues they are super at helping. another option would be to try doing a word search in the FB group for "Color timeout" and you can see what others have said about it with their machines.
Thanks for the video. I do have a question. How do you attach them to your machine and set them up in the embroidery machine for the correct hoop? I don't know if that makes any sense but when I choose a hoop these do not show up, just the ones that came with the machine.
Good question, so the U shape frame I screw it onto near the end of the video is the part that attaches to the arms of the machine same way the hoops do. I select “other” on my machine for the hoop size and make sure the design fits by tracing it out first before I start.
You should ask a BAi representative. Join one of the FB groups they are SUPER helpful! I’m still using the oil that came with my machine so I’m not 100% sure
I have had my machine for 2 months. I have done a couple of caps that failed, my lack of experience, this video helps a lot. Love the idea of putting designated needles as well. Thank you for the video, well done! On a side note, Chris has been amazing for me as well, so impressed with BAI.
