Thank you for all your support. My mental health is always a battle. I have days that are so bad that all I can do is pray. I know has me wrapped in his loving arms and I stand on that. So sorry it has taken me so long to reply and all can stay, to be truthful, I will try to do better. It may not be a long time but I will in 2024 try and do better. A fresh start.
I am going to try it maybe a little different but I will do at least 2 DIYs I want to say a month and I know it isn't a lot but I know I have to start out small.

Yes, I don't wish mental health problems on anyone. I know a lot of people say, 'just get over it, you have control over your feels." This is a person that has never suffered that depression that you can't shake no matter what you do. Any kind of depression is bad, but to be depressed almost everyday,, is very had to try to make sense so those people can understand. I will explain it short bY saying it is like waking up everyday, know that the pain that feels like a big truck is going to hit you. You know its going to hit you but the time and place will be different. Some days you will say I am just not go any place where the truck will hit me. When I do that some of the people I go around because I feel it will be safe. They get hit with me.. Knowing that this will happen to me, makes people not want to come around, but if you could somehow stop it you would. This post is long enough and I pray it reached the people that needs to understand a little better how mental health works.
Hey Ida!! So good to see you. I'm sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with Bipolar Depression. I was diagnosed with the same thing in 2013. I have a counselor I have to see twice a week. I won't take the medicine they prescribe for me to take. That medicine makes me feel like I'm zoned out; I don't like that feeling. I have to see about my brother that lives with me and sick. I also have chronic back pain and right leg pain because of my damaged sciatic nerve. I've had back surgery and neck surgery and is facing surgery again. I understand what you're going through. I'm just getting up from having pneumonia, and ended up in the hospital, because my whole body had swollen up and my breathing was hard and couldn't fit any of my clothes. I don't think a butt reduction is going to help your back. My doctor said that the muscles in your stomach is weak and needs to be strengthened. Because of the back I can't do exercises and with the damaged sciatic nerve my right leg goes numb. TFS, be safe and be blessed. 💙💙💙💙

I never knew this! I’ve cleaned and have mixed both products before and I thought I was just cleaning. I would always notice my breathing change so sometimes I would let the windows up or just leave the room because I couldn’t breathe and no one ever told me that mixing the two would give off carbon monoxide. Thank you so much for this.
This is an important message thank you for posting . My mom told me when I was kid to not mix the two and when I got my place I didn’t listen. When I cleaned the bathroom it gave off a horrible gas that made my eyes tear a headache and I felt it in my lungs for hours. Sometimes you learn after one experience.
