Music that uplifts the Heart, Mind and Spirit. ❤️💎📿 Transformative mantras. Bits of tantric Sadhanas. Poetry of past enlightened beings put to song - Milarepa, Hildegard of Bengin, Guru Rinpoche, Dudjom Rinpoche, Marguerite Porete, Buddha and more. And most of all the poetry of the living awakened sage t.k. He writes the poems which Just a Tourist sing.
I'm glad to have found this song completely by accident. I love your singing voice, and the melody is so delicate and kind of nostalgic in a way? This song is fantastic and I hope you get more recognition in the future ❤
I cannot explain how happy I am to see this channel back and uploading still. Your songs, your inspirations, your energies as a group, have helped me, countrless times in my path. Bless you all and your instructors, for your truous, wonderous, most Auspicious convolutions of Holy Essence, into sweet and most amazing, clear songs and Teachings.
This is not the actual "Calling the Lama from Afar" This is the seven line prayer to Guru Rinpoche. I'm not being pedantic but I've noticed people name things whatever they want on the internet. It's a small form of respect for the prayers we claim to care about.🙏
This song is a doorway. I knew that no ordinary person could have written these lyrics when I first heard them in 2012, so I set out to find out who this person was and came to find they were a poet, farmer, an enlightened sage, living outside of Ann Arbor, four hours away from me in Illinois. Here, that evening, something mysterious awakened an irresistible longing in me to meet them. A dream: a noble family of deer, a fruit tree, and all the world appearing a tender-hearted-meaning whisper of Her touch.
Not that I dislike it. It's achieving the purpose fine, but I thought the tibetans it's Dzoha like a dzo, a hybrid, like a mule so it doesn't mix with the original teachings of risk replacing them.
