Hello 🙋🏻♀️ Welcome to my channel. I'm Ria from Indonesia 🇮🇩 I'm a mother of 5 & a Grandmother of 1 beautiful granddaughter. I love dancing, and I love choreographing. I'm also a graduate of Graphic Design from Barnet College in London, and at the moment I enjoy content creating.
The purpose of this RU-vid Channel is to encourage seniors above the age of 60 to exercise regularly through line-dance. The benefits of line dance are many, a few examples is that it improves memory, doesn't require a partner or equipment, relieves stress, and is a perfect calorie burner. Overall line-dancing benefits the mind and body.
