Okay seriously not even joking but I listened to this with another wl sub and though I started a diet a few days back it wasn’t serious plus I kind of fed myself gluten free pasta at lunch, then ramen at dinner and 2 bites of milk chocolate- Today I went to the mall to get myself some clothes and I was looking over these coats on sale, the salesgirl was helping me choose my side and I told her that I prefer oversized clothes and she straight up said. “I think medium is best for you.” And let me tell you, medium was never my size, size l is perfect but it’s tight and exposes my curves and size which I don’t like so I always prefer xl cuz I love oversized but I was in shook? My dumbass fr grabbed 2xl since I thought it will be the perfect oversize for my body but it was falling off..even the xl one?? And when I grabbed the L that WAS OVERSIZED BROOOO L WAS TIGHT ON ME, though I’m not sure if it was for the coat or what but today at school I wore like a tight top, size m that perfectly fit me somehow..with baggy pants and my bestie was literally complimenting me saying my body is changing and my face looks so skinny, I mean she always compliments me cuz we both started to lose weight together but today was insane 😭 Definitely listening to this more so that I lose weight before graduation 💪🏻

That is, in the affirmations there is this and a body that is horizontally narrow but vertically long (my arms, torso, neck, legs, etc.) As my height increases, I get longer and therefore lose weight too.
