As of September 19, 2024, US Passport office now allows Applying and Renewing Passports Online. The online Upload of your photo doesn't have the size requirements that are on the mail application. Check it out, if you eligible to apply or renew online, much easier.

Yes, you can take up to 10k in cash when traveling to another country. Anything more than that and you will be questioned on why you are carrying so much cash.

In general, most countries will limit the amount of prescription medication you can bring to between a 30-90 day supply. If you need more than that then you will have to arrange for the medication to be shipped to you.

You are only allowed to bring 1 bag per person no matter what. If you have more, they will confiscate it. If you need to bring more, you can put it in a checked bag.

The UK doesn't have a visa waiver program if you have another visa in another country such as a US visa. However, if you live in the EU, a visa will not be required for short visits. You can check to see if a visa will be required by visiting www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa
For a multimeter, as long as it doesn't have lithium batteries in it you pack it in either your carry-on or checked bag. If it does have lithium batteries then you will at least need to carry the batteries in your carry-on bag on the plane with you and then you can store the multimeter itself in whichever bag you choose. If the probes can be removed I would remove them as well.

With early bird you don't have to do anything until you get to the airport. You will still need to check-in at the kiosk to receive your boarding passes and bag tags if you are checking bags. You can also check-in online if you want to see your boarding position ahead of time.

Generally, you are allowed to bring in up to $800 duty free and you may include 2 liters of alcoholic beverages but the alcohol must have been bought from a Caribbean country. Anything over the duty-free limit or if your alcohol doesn't meet the duty-free exemption then you can expect to pay a 4 percent duty rate.
