3. 100% payment according to the invoice provided by me.Prices: Simple video consultation(advice)-1500 rubles full-fledged video consultation (without conclusion)- 2500 rubles; conclusion on X-rays and tomograms-5000 rubles (written description)
4. After the consultation, I will provide you with an official opinion or a consultation sheet from radiologist V.V. Korovkin to your e-mail (scanned version) or postal address if desired.
5. If you need a contract for the service provided, then you need to send your passport details before payment.
