The taste of the sauce must be great. But sease you beef and remove it until the very end. Otherwise it will be tough, dry and hard to chew. You add fat though, that's a good thing, beef isn't fat enough for that kind of sauce. Thanks for sharing and nice video, it looks really appetasing
