no se puede bajar la presión, ya que si esta baja no tendrá el efecto deseado por tu medico tratante, sin embargo intenta usándolo pocas horas antes de dormir, viendo tv por ejemplo y así puede haber un mayor acomodo y con el tiempo le vas dando mayor uso durante tu sueño. Recordemos que la fase de acomodo puede ir desde 3 a 6 meses aproximado en algunos casos.
My old resmed 10 would draw with heating tube/tank on close to 40 watts and heating off over 20 watts. Resmed 11 drew with heating tube/tank over 20 watts and heating off over 5 watts. I used my allpower battery bank with DC cigarette power cord and after over 10 hours with heat off it had 55% power left looks like resmed 11 is more power efficient than 10.

Si se puede usar fuera de USA, baja una app con VPN yo use la de Proton y con eso bajas la app, configuras una nueva cuenta, agregas el airsense 11 y listo a usar con tu app, yo estoy en Mexico

La rampa sirve para relajarse y no sentir el viento tan fuerte, sirve como inductor al sueño. Y lo del aire fuerte tienes que revisar que no estás haciendo fuga y si las presiones que te asignó el bronco o el kinesiólogo están bien configuradas, Que te vaya bien!
