bro they just started working on the game. its not like as soon as they were done with sm2 they went, "alright guys time to start on the third one!" let them take their time.
It's a prototype of SM3, which is basically just SM2 with two or three new things in which devs can experiment with stuff. I did make those mods but I had nothing to do with this build, I just ported the suit as a mod *after* this video had come out.
