Surprised that no mention was made of St Michael's sword that lines up 7 abby's all the way to Israel . I came to this page because I had just visited this one,,, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wxg6KxzViNI.html
As a monk in New Zealand, and having visited my Irish and Scottish and Orkney roots, I find this portrait of Skellig Michael so very satisfying. . . A fond embrace of the life that is silent and hidden in its abandonment in Christ. Well done in the making of the film. God bless your future creations richly, Ringlever people.
@@leftcoastcvmn Have. It is a significant instrument for being in touch with other monasteries around the world and for sharing our own life with them through our own videos.
What an incredibly moving and beautiful film.... thank you. Having just returned from Kerry, but far too scared of heights to even consider going there in person, this was the next best thing. (And the viola playing is hauntingly beautiful.) God bless you
What business does Star Wars, a stupid capitalist film, have exploiting beautiful sacred places like Skellig. I hope all the silly Star Wars tourists don't spoil the natural environment and bird refuge.
+Jordan Hamilton what does a stupid movie like star wars have to do with one of the wonders of the world? more to the point. star wars is fiction, you do realise that? not to mention simply juicing the last 4 (yes, i said FOUR movies for the sake of it) this is reality.... check yourself.
You're stupid if you don't know that the island is a mystical ancient monastic site. My question is what business does Star Wars, a stupid capitalist film, have exploiting beautiful sacred places like Skellig. I hope all the silly Star Wars tourists don't spoil the natural environment and bird refuge.
You know its a Ringlever Images Production by the music, story telling and cinematography story telling, there is always that mystical feeling in your videos that makes you want to see more . I love it
