I just found that packet of soup doesn't mix well with the hot pasta water. I would normally add the packet of soup with about 400ml of cold water or milk to the Russians first and then add the pasta to it
Hi, thank you🌸. You can use normal flour and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder for each cup of flour. Eg, 2 teaspoons of baking powder for 2 cups of flour
