Randy Rhoads' taste in his note selections, his phrasing, his use of dynamics, legato and staccato notes, using different scales over chords, and how he communicates emotions, and even his personality, in his playing are some of the reasons I still love his playing (and writing). I started playing guitar in 1986 and he was a huge influence then and still is today.
This tune hits so damn hard. Bob Daisley doesn't get enough credit for his contributions to song writing, lyrics and putting a lot of the in the arangements together. So much so that Ozzy and Sharron ended up begging him to come back after realizing Ozzy really can't write
Sometimes I wish Randy had never joined Ozzy bc there's a 99.9% chance he'd still be alive today. We might have even still gotten different variations of all the songs anyway or maybe he would have become a classical music professor or something like that made him happy. Tommy Aldridge told me twice that Randy was very unhappy and disillusioned during his time with Ozzy.. he wanted to get the hell away and had planned to after the last tour was over
@@LLtigers all these musicians are good but let’s keep,it in proper perspective The main reason why all these musicians have had a career Or some kind of legacy is because the King is on vocals Iim sure we can all agree to that
Lee Thank you very much!! You are a great drummer. Changed my world instantly when i heard you play the track 'i dont know'. Over the mountain blew my mind! Rest in Peace!
I love this. That band was excellent. Bob's lyrics were excellent. Randy was phenomenal. Amazing to hear it without vocals. Somebody commented - I don't miss Ozzy. Haha.....
you said that right I’m not a fan of Sharon Osbourne. She’s the true real reason why Randy’s not here today sadly, to say, go research. she could have stopped that and she didn’t suicide mission. plane crash.
are you alleging this is the re-recorded version? it's not...the drum and bass are in sync here. on the re-recorded they are off as they played to Randy's lead not knowing how it was produced
