Beautiful! I have my lottery tickets for tonight and no one from San Marcos has ever won so... maybe? I stand as good a chance as anyone. Not thrilled with it being in city limits but would be a good investment and I could keep apartment developers away for at least 20 more years and more if I leave it to my son. They've ruined San Marcos.
