die meisten müssen am ende des schlages bei der dreiviertel lage mit dem blatt näher ans wasser bzw schon anfangen das blatt ins wasser zu bringen sonst können sie nicht direkt setzen und machen eine kleine pause in der auslage, sodass das boot keinen schönen durchfluss hat
Practice walking on a rail-road rail, at a natural pace, without swinging hands wildly (arms, shoulders relaxed, low), while keeping head/eyes pointed forward, not down.

The flat water is on the Lake of Sarnen. Lovely place to row endlessly. First rower is hanging the blade at the catch and has a lack of body preparation before he starts rolling back to the catch. Second rower's feet are too low, has little lower back support. The quad rows it in. Nice job with the woman in the single scull. I think I know the large male single sculler. The issue with him is that the boat is falling to the side with very flat water right after the finish.
@funkyfunkanimal Wir haben bei den Dreharbeiten ein drahtloses Richtmikrofon im Boot installiert; dieses Mikrofon ist auf eine Nahbesprechung ausgelegt, darum hört man das Motorengeräusch des Begleitbootes fast nicht.
